Bridget has actively worked and studied in the Healing Arts for 14 years. Starting as a Massage Therapist, she traveled to Alaska, Thailand, and Australia. Both working and studying. She has also worked in clinical settings where she learned the incredible modality of Cupping. While bodywork will always be a passion, Bridget discovered she could only assist a client so far with physical touch. Working with thousands of clients led her to see how much is left unaddressed when only working with the physical body. This realization, combined with her own healing journey, brought her to learn Shamanic Energy Medicine. This is where the physical, mental, emotional, soul, and energetic body are all addressed and treated as a whole. This was the missing piece in her practice and she is excited to weave the magic of Shamanic Energy Medicine into all that she offers.
Not only is this path one she personally works with but she is passionate about teaching others. She is currently assisting in the Medicine Wheel Personal Transformation Program and learning to become a teacher of this work. 2023 will be bringing new workshops.
